Terms of Service — Earnest IPTV

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using Earnest IPTV ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all plans, trials, and renewals.

2. Service Description

Earnest IPTV provides access to live television channels, movies, and series streamed over the internet to compatible devices. The Service requires a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended for HD; 25 Mbps for 4K) and a compatible player application. We do not manufacture or supply playback apps; we provide subscription credentials compatible with standard players.

3. Subscription & Billing

Plans are prepaid for the selected period (1, 6, 12, or 24 months) and begin upon delivery of credentials.
Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change for future billing periods; your current plan's price will not change mid-term.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at purchase. You are responsible for renewal before expiry to avoid interruption.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Account & Credentials

Credentials are personal to you. Sharing your login beyond the simultaneous connections included in your plan may result in suspension without refund. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Resell, redistribute, publicly display, or share your subscription outside your allowed connections;
Use automated tools to scrape, record commercially, or re-broadcast streams;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or attack our servers;
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable broadcasting regulations in your jurisdiction.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime through redundant infrastructure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Channel lineups, quality, and availability may change due to sources beyond our control. Planned maintenance is performed during low-traffic hours whenever possible.

7. Device Compatibility

The Service works with major platforms including Firestick, Android TV, Apple TV, iOS, Android, Smart TVs, and desktop players. It is your responsibility to confirm device compatibility before purchase; our team is happy to advise pre-sale via live chat or WhatsApp.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnest IPTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; unused portions of a term are non-transferable except as provided in our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email, WhatsApp, or on-site notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
